Missing Lincoln inmate arrested in Grand Island
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - An inmate who went missing from the Community Corrections Center–Lincoln (CCC-L) in January was arrested by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday. According to the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, Jordana Kelley-Nelson, 26, was taken into custody and booked into the Hall County Department of Corrections in Grand Island.
